Installed it will be primed and installed but not calked, filled or finish painted.
) All Floors to be installed on concrete will have a calcium chloride test. This test will
be documented and witnessed.  If the floor is above 5.0 lbs (Moisture content) a MS
Plus Moisture barrier must be used. MS Plus has a tolerance of 10.0 lbs.  Slabs may
possibly  fluctuate  in moisture content  due to excessive rain,  pool leak or other raise
in water table . If there is failure at a later date because the floor went above 10.0 lbs.
mc  BWF  will take no monetary responsibility to supply, remove
    and reinstall the floor.
) If Flooring is installed in an existing home and doors need to be cut a $50/door

) laminates have a repeating pattern.  It is opened five or six boxes at a time boards are

replaced after it is installed because of simalarity, a charge of $50.00 for each board
to be replaced, will be added to the job, payable at the end of the job.

) Wood is a natural product therefore variations in color and shading will happen.
Wood is opened five or six boxes at a time boards are selected randomly and
installed out of the box     as it comes, odd colored  boards may not be readily
apparent because of the installation methods used.  If a board is to be replaced
after it is installed because of color variation, a charge of $50.00 for each board
to be replaced, will be added to the job, payable at the end of the job.
) Stains have inherent problems.  Problems include but are not limited to
tendency to model,  fine sander marks will show, and lower adhesion to poly
occurs because of the    pigment in stain. If the floors  have to be
“water-popped” they will have more texture. BWF will not
be held responsible for these occurrences  and will not  incur any expenses because
of this.  All stain jobs must be signed off.
)Stain and Poly dry along with certain atmospheric conditions.  If these conditions are
not  met they take longer to dry. Therefore time added to the job can not be helped.
) If going from dark floors to light floors or opposite going from white floors to dark floors  old finish
that has gotten in the gaps may show in the final product. No costs because of this will be
  incurred by BWF.
) The color of the flooring repairs may not match exactly because of age of existing floor and
exposure to sunlight and air.BWF takes no responsibility for the inability to match exactly.
) Gapping occurs in many floors.  The gaps  will not be filled unless an agreed upon price for
filling is made. If they are filled some filler may sink into larger cracks, call backs due to
this event will be charged at $25/  Trip.
)Many high-rise apartment buildings  have uneven slabs.  If the slab is to be leveled extra
charges will be incurred by the contractor or homeowner.  The price will be agreed upon
  before the job starts.
) Screen and coat will not remove any marks that are through the finish also if there is paint on
the floor    Screen and coat will not remove it.
) Any time lost because of work stoppages due to contractor, other subcontractors or
homeowner will be charged out at $50.00/hr or $400.00 per day.
) It is hard to tell how many times older floors have been sanded. BWF is not responsible for
replacement  of thin, “over sanded”  floors.
) If stairs are to be done only the treads are sanded to bare wood. If backs or sides are to
Be chemically stripped extra charges will apply.
)Payments as follows: ()  upon delivery of  wood.()
payment upon scheduling and signing proposal ($) upon completion.
